Instead of a one-size-fits-all discount, our sales team reviews each application and places your business in the account type that fits it best, so you always get the right pricing for how you buy.
HOW IT WORKS
1 — Apply Online
Complete the wholesale application. You'll create your Dakota Stones account as part of this step.
2 — Provide Your Tax ID
A valid Sales Tax ID number (also known as a Reseller number) is required. Please note: this is NOT the same as a Federal EIN number.
If your state does not collect sales tax, or you're an international customer, contact websales@dakotastones.com and we will help finalize your account creation.
3 — We Review Your Application
A member of our sales team reviews your information and assigns your business to the account type that best fits its size and needs. Approval takes up to 1 business day — you'll receive a confirmation email once you have been approved.
4 — Log In and Shop
Once approved, wholesale pricing appears automatically on product pages and in your cart whenever you are logged in to your account.

How do I qualify for wholesale pricing?
To qualify for wholesale pricing, you must be a licensed business with a state Sales Tax ID number (resale number). Register for an account and complete the wholesale application to get started.
What if I don't have a Tax ID, or I'm not sure I have one?
If your state does not collect sales tax, or you're an international customer, contact websales@dakotastones.com and we will help you finalize account creation.
How long does approval take?
Wholesale pricing is not immediate — applications take up to 1 business day to process. You will receive a confirmation email once you have been approved. If you have received your approval email and are still having problems seeing wholesale pricing, please contact websales@dakotastones.com.
How is my wholesale pricing determined?
Our sales team places each approved business in the account type that best serves it, based on the information in your application.
Where will I see my wholesale pricing?
Wholesale pricing displays on product pages and in your cart once you are logged in to your approved account.
