• How durable is stichtite for jewelry?

  Stichtite is very soft, Mohs 1.5–2.5 — among the softest stones in regular bead use. Atlantisite is mechanically a bit more workable because of the harder serpentine host, but the pink/purple stichtite zones scratch easily. Use it for earrings, pendants, and necklaces that aren't pulled across other beads. It's not a good choice for rings or bracelets.
• How should I care for Atlantisite beads?

  Avoid ultrasonic and steam cleaners, prolonged water immersion, household chemicals, and any abrasive contact. Wipe with a soft dry or barely damp cloth.
