White DZI Agate 10mm Line Pattern 15-16 Inch
These Dakota Stones "DZI" style agate beads are made to resemble beads first found in India between 1000 and 2000 BCE. These reproductions are designed in the traditional color, pattern and finish of the original DZI beads. Authentic DZI beads were used in ancient times in India, Tibet and other Asian countries, and those that still exist today have been passed down for generations. The original stones were often used as protective amulets and are usually scarred or pitted in places where they were ground off for use in traditional medicines.
